Mandatory Registration Requirement
Please be advised that online registration via the official Google Form is strictly mandatory for all participants. No manual or on-spot registrations will be accepted at the venue under any circumstances. Players who fail to complete the form before the deadline will not be included in the draw sheets.

- Original ID Proof: All players must bring original school ID / Aadhaar card / birth certificate for age verification.
- Standard Karate Uniform (Gi): Clean white Karate Gi with appropriate belt level.
- Safety Gear: Approved hand guards (Red/Blue), shin-instep guards, mouthguard, and chest protector (for female participants & sub-juniors as per rules).
- Punctuality: Late reporting after 8:00 AM may lead to disqualification during draw calls.
- Code of Conduct: Strict discipline must be maintained by athletes, coaches, and visiting spectators at the venue.
