1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the website ygkaratetrust.in (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Assumption of Risk and Disclaimer of Liability

Karate is a physically demanding martial art and carries with it an inherent risk of physical injury. By participating in any activities organized, promoted, or associated with YGKT, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are participating voluntarily and assume all risks, known and unknown, of injuries or damages that may result from your participation.
• You are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent your safe participation. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in any activities.
• You hereby release and forever discharge Young Generation Karate-Do Trust, its instructors, officials, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damage, loss, or injury to you or your property while participating in any YGKT activities.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
